My late wife’s legacy of faith lives on, says apostle achudume

The General Overseer of Victory Life Bible Church (VLBC) Apostle Lawrence Achudume has assured that the legacies of faith of his late wife, Folake Achudune would live on, adding that the deceased was a perfect definition of heaven-sent.

Penpushing reports that the bereaved cleric stated this on Sunday at a special thanksgiving service marking an end of events held to celebrate the passing away of his wife, held at the church headquarters located along Abeokuta-Ajebo Road, Abeokuta, Ogun State Capital.

The clergyman reminded congregants at the service that everyone with God, will end up their story in glory and equally encouraged them to live impactful lives, just as his late wife had done, and to continue her work by spreading God’s love and grace to all.

Penpushing further reports that Achudume while extolling the virtues of his late wife said nobody can questioned God in whatever He does, however, stated that he was not mourning having being convinced that the deceased is rejoicing in the Lord for an eventful life well spent.

‘I am not mourning. I am rejoicing in the Lord for an eventful life well spent. No one can question God’s actions. He owes no one any explanation. No matter your status, needs, heart desires, just follow Him as Reverend Fola did. You can only end well and gloriously if you follow God”, Achudume emphasized

Penpushing also reports that in his sermon, Pastor Simeon Agbolabori of the Chapel of Restoration said there was need for living souls to look beyond the pain of death, but embrace the Christian belief in life after death.

The cleric pointed out that death is a necessary end, as well as a mere transition to eternal life and therefore urged congregants to remain hopeful, adding that it is only those who have no hope who sorrow

Penpushing reports that the clergyman pointed out that passing away of Achudume was not a result of any weakness in the church but a calling from God, urging the church to continue standing strong and to carry forward the impactful ministry the deceased had nurtured.
