MBAKA WANTS BETTER WELFARE CONDITION FOR NIGERIA POLICE

The cleric, however, cautioned the police on need to know that they were employed to protect lives of the citizens and properties, and avoid becoming a threat to the governed, “I want to remind police officers and men that their duty is to maintain order and peace; save lives and property and enforce laws. They should not take lives of people they are supposed to protect.
The Commissioner of Police, represented at the occasion by his Deputy, Chris Owolabi expressed gratitude to the Acting Inspector of Police Adamu Mohammed and Police Service Commission for ensuring that the promotion was effected.
