Impact Business Radio bags best radio station, South West of Nigeria
The Impact Business Radio(IBR), popularly called Amutajero has been adjudged best radio station in South West of Nigeria at the Media Award ceremony held on Sunday at Ikeja in Lagos State.
Penpushing reports that the presentation of the award was witnessed by dignitaries from all walks of life including business moguls, captains of industry, media proprietors and prominent broadcasters across the country
The Chief Executive Officer of Metropolitan Broadcasting Services owner of Impact Business Radio and Impact Television,one of the leading broadcast outfits in the country, Deacon Owolabi Oladejo at the elaborate ceremony also won the award of the best Chief Executive Officer(CEO)
Penpushing further reports that Oladejo speaking after receipt of the awards at the event described the feat as a testament to the impact of IBR 92.5fm in the media landscape in Nigeria.
The founder of the famous media outlet attributed the success to the creativity, commitment and dedication of the staff with assurance that the establishment will continue to wax stronger in the media industry globally.
Penpushing also reports that the station’s Head of Operations, Aanuoluwapo Omorinde on his part while commenting on the latest development said the award came unsolicited explaining that the organizers of the award confessed that Impact Business Radio (IBR’s) content and deliveries were seriously monitored for a long time by a team of experts before it was adjudged the best in the South-West.
“Though, IBR has won many awards in the past but this latest award which was keenly contested by notable media houses in the region no doubt is a milestone”, Omorinde emphasized.
