Ijesa Private University Committee Scribe, Prof Oyawoye makes wave in America
The Secretary of the Ijesa Private University Committee (IPUC), Professor Olubukola Oyawoye, has been making waves in the United States of America (USA) with her teaching, research, and presentation activities attracting commendations, and special interest from many stakeholders.
Penpushing reports that Oyawoye is currently on a short visit to Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas, in America as a Visiting Professor has participated in literally all available academic and scholarly activities mounted by the University in very impactful ways, and to the admiration of the University Community.
The Secretary of the Ijesa Private University Committee (IPUC), has earned for herself an impressive review for her teaching assignments, while her current type of novel research activities have already attracted uncommon interests from research funding agencies as big as the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Penpushing further reports that the University leaders are already awaiting the prospects of her return visit to come and consolidate a first-ever research collaboration between Departments of Engineering and Biology of the University.
The Professor of Microbiology from the Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria, succeeded in raising the bar of Departmental Seminar presentation, and the profile of her Department and University when one of her presentations attracted a motley audience of faculty, researchers, scientists, and students in, what has been described as, “a jam-packed event.”
