Auto crash claims seven lives in Jigawa State

A fatal motor accident along Kano-Hadejia road in Kaugama Local Government Area of  Jigawa State has claimed seven persons, with eleven others onboard sustained injuries and have been evacuated to the hospital

Penpushing reports that, the Jigawa State Police Public Relations Officer Audu Jinjiri, made this known  in a statement, explaining that the crash occurred on Thursday which involved a hummer bus with registration EN 684 EY

The police said the vehicle driven by Aliyu Umar, a 40-year-old resident of Kafin-Hausa local government was conveying the people from Lagos to Hadejia in Jigawa, and on reaching the spot place lost control and hit a tree, killing seven people on the spot..

”The vehicle was conveying the people from Lagos to Hadejia in Jigawa. On reaching the said place, the driver lost control and hit a tree, killing seven people on the spot”,Jinjiri said, adding that  all the corpses have been released to respective relatives.
