Former Presidential Candidate, Olopade Agoro, dies at 78
The former Presidential Candidate of National Action Council (NAC) and founder of the political party, Olapade Agoro, has been reported dead in the early hours of Sunday at the age of 78.
Penpushing reports that, Agoro’s daughter, Adeola Agoro announced his demise on her facebook page, where she wrote,’ “Olapade Agoro we are calling you but you’re not answering again. Ha! We said we loved you but you refused to listen’.
“You have left us like that.It’s not okay o. It’s just not okay. But as you have gone to be with your mother Dorcas Oyejola Asabi, I won’t talk yet. But this is not fair on me. Baba Deola, you should have looked back a little now. Ha death you’re wicked!”, she wrote.
Penpushing further reports that, a a family source at the deceased Apata residence in Ibadan, Oyo State Capital, said the community leader and spiritual leader as well as a politician died around 3 a.m. on Sunday.
