Famous family in ijesaland set for epoch making 50-years remembrance of patriarch
The dynasty of Kayode-Adedeji family of Ilesa from the Risawe ruling house in Ilesa town of Ijesaland located in Osun State of Nigeria has concluded arrangements for epoch making 50-year remembrance of their patriarch Pa Emmanuel Kayode-Adedeji
Penpushing reports that, the renowned family in Ijesaland with residence located at A5 Isida road in Ilesa West local government area will be celebrating their late father, grand-father and great grandfather with a line up programme of events.
The family members both home and in diaspora, as at the time of filing this report are working round the clock in ensuring the success of the ceremony scheduled to hold on Saturday October 9 and Sunday 10, 2022
Penpushing further reports that, the late icon during his life time was a business mogul and successful business man, who was also Baba Ijo of Methodist Church, Otapete, Ilesa between 1957-1972, who died in October 5, 1972 at age 105
The family in a statement said part of the programmes in honour of the late patriarch popularly called Ojijibalamu Balamu include family harvest, scheduled to hold at Methodist Church Otapete, as well as unveiling the renovated family building among others
Penpushing also reports that, grandchildren of the late family head are not left out in the programme, as both home and in diaspora, have shown commitment to be part of the events, which is now talk of the town and environs
