Emir of Jamma’are dies at 92, survived by 35 children

The Emir of Jama’are in Bauchi State, Muhammadu Wabi III, has been reported dead on Sunday at  age 92 after a protracted illness and admitted at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, Kano in Kano State

Penpushing reports that, the chairman, Jama’are Local Government Council, Sama’ila Yusuf-Jarma, confirmed the death on Sunday in Bauchi, adding that the Emir gave up the ghost at about 12:15 a.m.

The late Emir was installed in 1970 after the death of his father Muhammadu Wabi II, and he survived by four wives, 35 children and many grandchildren, as palace source he would be bury Sunday in Jama’are town.
