Penpushing reports further, that the commissioner drew attention of his men to a new innovation to election, which prevented voters taking mobile phones into the cubicle, enlightened them that, in that regards, they should be vigilant to address the issue, without escalating such occurrence.

‘There is another new innovation to your duties, there is a new rule that voters should not take phones into the cubicles, but don’t use that to fight or create scene. Also every presiding officer has role to play, at least four policemen in a unit, to be complement by other security operatives.
