Chartered Institute of Bankers set to honour Tunde Lemo, as plans for week in advance stage

The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) Ogun state branch has concluded plans to host its 2021 Bankers Week in the state, with maiden edition of Tunde Lemo competitive program for higher Institutions in the state.

Penpushing reports that, a statement by Chairman of the Planning Committee, Isaac Arokun said the educational competition was designed to honour Lemo, a former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and patron of the Institute

The statement added that , the competition is part of the programme of the week, a learning engagement and mentoring opportunities for the students across the state, stressing that there will also be an evening of questions and chat

Penpushing further reports that, the week will hold between 10-14th December, 2021 and kick start with Jumat service on December 10 at Allahu Muheeb Central Mosque, Quarry Road, Abeokuta

The statement disclosed that, fitness  walk and novelty match  is scheduled to hold 11th December,2021 at  Moshood Abiola International Stadium, Abeokuta and followed with a Church service on the 12 at Winners Chapel, Abeokuta.

Penpushing also reports that evening of questions and chats for the branch  will hold  on 13th December,2021 by 5.30pm, and followed with Bankers Dinner and Award for all Banks in Ogun State  on 14th December,2021 between hours of 7-10pm

Meanwhile, the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) in the statement called for support from individuals and corporate organizations for the ceremony, adding that the planning committee can be reached for further details on 08033402070.
