BLOODY CLASH AT OGUN ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS SECRETARIAT OVER PROPOSED APPEAL COURT VICTORY PARTY FOR GOVERNOR ABIODUN

The feud has led to counter attacks by the two factions, with some of the party members sustaining injuries when fight broke out on Tuesday at the local government secretariat, while number of party supporters fled in different directions for safety.

Penpushing further reports that, a faction as at the time of filing this report had slaughtered a cow in preparation for the party, and in a counter reaction, the other faction stormed the secretariat to disrupt the arrangements.

The injured were reported to have been rushed to hospital for treatment, while some members who narrowly escaped from the scene, were alleged to have been abducted to unknown destination, as at the time of filing this report.

Penpushing also reports that, the Ogun State Police Command Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi when contacted said he was yet to get report of the incident, but assured that the police will take action to investigate the incident
