Bishop Wale Oke rain curses on killers of Lekki protesters

The National Deputy President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Bishop Francis Wale Oke said on Wednesday rained curses on the killer of the protesting youths  at Lekki Toll Gate in Lagos, adding that the sad incident  might spelled the end of Nigeria as a nation

Penpushing reports that, the cleric on his instagram page to the Tuesday tragedy where several protesters were killed and many injured in Lagos, noted the gory and sordid situation was uncalled for.

The Presiding Bishop of the Sword of the Spirit Ministries, Ibadan on the sad incident currently generating fury across the country, rained curses on those behind the elimination of the innocent souls.

Penpushing also reports that, Oke visibly shaken by the gruesome murder of the non-violent protesters by armed soldiers said, “I hope this is not the beginning of the end of the nation called Nigeria. God save Nigeria”

The renowned cleric quoting from the book of 2Samuel-1:19-20, lamented that the beauty of the nation youth had been stained, calling on God to step into the matter and judge all those who are behind it and spare none, from the number one citizens to the last and whosoever has hands in it

“As God, the righteous One, the King of the earth, the Lord of justice, spare none of them.  Let the fire they have rained upon these children that have taken many of them out of this world prematurely, be multiplied back upon them. I pray as your Prophet, hear me oh God and avenge the blood of these young ones that have been killed and the ones that have been wounded”

Penpuhing further reports that the cleric said that he has not only been supporting the Muhammadu Buhari administration, he mobilised for him during the 2015 election, decrying the present state of the nation.

The clergyman pointed out that the Buhari’s administration and its leaders should be held accountable for the blood of the youths, shed, and saying that he was sad that the country flag was soaked with blood of the innocent youths

“I am so sad to see our national flag soaked in the blood of our young ones, shed through the guns of the people we pay to protect them. Our national flag is soiled with the blood of our youth”, he lamented

Penpushing also reports that, Oke  threatened that the parents of the protesting youths might soon join the protesters on the streets,  accusing the government of its inability to contain the Boko Haram insurgents, the Fulani herdsmen, rape cases and other related matters of insecurity in the land.

Penpushing also reports that Wale Oke however charged the Federal Government to launched a powerful investigation into the Lekki killings, warning that those killed must not be buried in some hidden shallow graves.
