President Muhammadu Buhari said the election of Joe Biden as President Elect of United States America (USA) is significant reminder that democracy is the best form of government because it offers the people the opportunity to change their government by peaceful means.

Penpushing reports that, Buhari stated this while congratulating Biden on his election, noting that his emergence came “at a time of uncertainty and challenges in world affairs’, adding, ’your election is a significant reminder that democracy is the best form of government because it offers the people the opportunity to change their government by peaceful means.”
