2023: Kwankwazo challenges presidential candidates to public debate

The Presidential Candidate of New Nigeria Peoples Party(NNPP), Senator Rabiu Kwankwazo has challenge his colleagues in the 2023 presidential race to a political debate, just as he declared that he was not ready to step down for any candidates as being speculated

Penpushing reports that, Kwankwazo made this known on Sunday while featuring as guest of the Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE) forum held in Lagos, stressing that, such debate will enable all contestants to put themselves on a scale.

‘No serious person should now think of anyone of us stepping down at this stage. I am ready  for all candidates for debate. Some are even running away from debate. Let all of us put ourselves on scale’,Kwankwazo declared

The two term Governor of Kano State, expressed disappointment that, some presidential candidate(s) are avoiding public debate, adding that, a competent political office seekers should be bold enough to partake in the debate.

Penpushing further reports that, he boasted that New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) is all out to win 2023 general elections, adding that the party is gathering momentum on daily basis, while other political parties are losing popularity

The Presidential candidate said the proposed merger of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) with any other political party is belated, explaining that this was as a result that, candidates of the various parties have been approved by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to contest.

‘We are not merging with any political party, and anybody thinking I am stepping down must be mischievous. We have our names already approved by INEC to contest. NNPP is all out to win the 2023 general elections’, he emphasized

Penpushing also reports that, Kwankwanzo said people are now more interested in candidates and not party, adding that New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has largest candidates in the country, noting that, that was a huge success for the party

‘’We have largest candidates in the country. It is a huge achievement, and people are more interested in candidates. NNPP is the only growing party. We believe that other parties have nothing to offer Nigerians’, Kwankwazo stated

Penpushing also reports that, he explained that, New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) was formed by like-minds, and that its blueprint is to address the country problems and proffer solution, stressing that Nigerians are tired of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), as well as Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)

‘The country is not on the right path and need change. Our blueprint is to address problems and proffer solution. Nigerians are tired of APC and PDP. Between now and January, there will be clearer picture on who will win the presidential election’, Kwankwanzo emphasized

Penpushing reports that, the flagbearer of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), while speaking on his position on call for restructuring, said, this can only work out and meaningful if there is good leader to implement it
