Obasanjo also pointed out three other areas where Buhari was unknown to many people, but was able to showed during his administration, adding that, one is nepotic deployment bordering on clannishness, and inability to bring discipline to bear on errant members of his nepotic.

‘Our constitution is very clear; one of the cardinal responsibilities of the President is the management of the economy of which the value of the naira forms integral part. Kingship and friendship that place responsibility for governance in the hands of the unelected can only be deleterious to good government and to the nation’
Obasanjo also condemned the call by some of Buhari’s political appointees and some Governors, routing for his second term, declaring it was wrong time to have done that, at a period when victims of the Fulani herds men were being buried.
‘It is no credit to the Federal Government that the herdsmen rampage continues with careless abandon and without finding an effective solution to it.
