WOMEN JOURNALISTS MOURN DIJI AKINHANMI
‘The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, (NAWOJ) Ogun State Council sympathises with the union, members and entire staff of OGBC over the sudden death of the Corporation’s General Manager, Mr Diji Akinhanmi’,the letter reads.
Penpushing further reports that, the women journalists lamented that the sad development jolted the media industry and a great loss to the journalism profession, adding that the association can testify to the professionalism conduct of the late broadcast journalist.
‘NAWOJ Ogun State can testify to the fact that Mr Diji Akinhanmi’s was a highly experienced and quintessential journalist whose roles as a great pillar of support to NAWOJ in Ogun State will be greatly missed’
‘While praying to God to grant his immediate family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss, the association calls on members to sustain his legacies of ethical and professional journalism as a mark of honour to his memory.
