Hear him,’Nobody can take Yoruba land or constitute nuisance in Southwest, because Yorubas have been living peacefully for the past 120 years, so the incursion of criminally minded people will no longer be accepted;.

“History will not forgives any Southwest Governors who  gives land  to the Fulani herdsmen for the breeding of their cattle because the issue of insecurity in Southwest is now overwhelming”,Adams declared

“We are not only talking about Southwest alone, we are talking about everywhere Yoruba lives including Kogi and Kwara State, all hands must be on deck to curb insecurity, because the progress of Yoruba land should be a collective effort of all of us.”

“The security submit we did recently was just the first phase, there is a need for all the socio cultural group to come together and mobilise our traditional rulers and the governments to be in unity in fighting insecurity in their respective States, let us unite to fight this battle to an end.”

The Publisher of Alaroye Newspapers, Mr Alao Adedayo earlier in his welcome address noted that lack of unity was what makes Yoruba race to be lagging behind, adding that this is the time for all Yoruba elders and traditional rulers to come together and put a stop to insecurity in the land.

“Yorubas have been taking first in everything before the advent of the democracy, but things started falling apart as a result of disunity among our leaders and elders”, the publisher pointed out

Penpushing also reports that, Adedayo noted that it is surprising that Yorubas that have been always at the forefront are now seeing themselves behind, adding that there is urgent need for Yoruba leaders and elders to find solution to insecurity in the Southwest region of Nigeria.

“We have politicised Yoruba race and this has cause separation between us, we decided to use the name of ‘Awolowo’ to call all our leaders to this program because all of them belief in Awo’s agenda that has brought peace and unity in our land.”
