Tunde Lemo expresses satisfaction over delegates congress of all progressives’ congress in ogun state

The 2027 Governorship aspirant in Ogun State under the platform of ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Pastor Tunde Lemo has expressed satisfaction on the conduct of the party delegate congress which ushered in new executives of the state chapter.

Penpushing reports that Lemo speaking with journalists after the delegates congress held on Tuesday at June 12 Cultural Centre, Kuto, Abeokuta described the peaceful congress as democracy at work.

“For us this is democracy at work, All Progressives Congress as the largest part in Nigeria is one big family. There was no rancour. There was affirmation because they all did well and you can see joy in the face of everybody which clearly confirmed that the Sanusi led executives did very well and they deserve another term’, he said.

“I am so happy Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC officials were there to witness the cohesion in the party and that is what we will take to our 2027 elections by the grace of God under the leadership of our dear President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, who is doing extremely well’, Lemo said.

Penpushing further reports that the governorship hopeful emphasized that the party is one big family and urged members to maintain the unity and harmony, crucial for the party’s success in the 2027 elections.

The former Deputy Governor of Central Bank (CBN) and frontline member of Penpushing platform expressed confidence in the ability of the leadership of All Progressives Congress (APC) to conduct a free and fair primaries.

Penpushing also reports that Lemo, affirmed earlier declaration to run the governorship race in the state and advised members to maintain unity and avoid rancour which may tear the party apart

“We should be one big family. There should be no rancour. The mandate will go for only one person and all of us will rally round whoever deservedly gets it so that as one united family we can win the election come 2027. APC will rule this state and it will be a resounding victory, with all of us working together as one team’, he added.

Penpushing reports that the bank guru turned politician, equally urged members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to rally behind the eventual winner of the gubernatorial ticket, to ensure a resounding victory in 2027.
