The judge, Sani Mohammed, after sentencing the accused who reside at Nyanya Pantaker, Abuja, had earlier pleaded guilty to a two-count charge of criminal trespass and theft, to one year imprisonment in his judgment, however, gave the convict an option of fine of N40,000.
