Political Disciples laud Governor Abiodun over reappointment of Talabi

The Dapo Abiodun Disciples, a progressive political group in Ijebu East local government area of Ogun State have lauded the appointment of the new Secretary to the Ogun State Government Mr. Tokunbo Talabi .

Penpushing reports that the group in a statement by the secretary of the group, Adetutu Oyesanya described Talabi as a square peg in a square hole that would impact on developmental strides in the state.

The congratulatory statement noted that considering the fact that he (Talabi) is not new to the position having being in the same position during the first tenure of Governor Dapo Abiodun, it is strongly beloved that the reappointed of the scribe will deliver on his mandate.

“The reappointment of Mr. Tokunbo Talabi is the best that can happen to the State Government. The SSG is coming back again at a time when the government machinery needs to be re-invigorated, re-energised and rejuvenated as well as re-directed towards better performance and delivery of dividends of democracy”’.

Penpushing further reports that the progressive political group emphasized that Talabi’s return as the Secretary to the State Government at this juncture would add value to good governance, which has been the hallmark of the present administration.

The group is particularly delighted that Talabi is bringing back his wealth of experience as seasoned professional and a humane politician of high pedigree who has always placed service above personal and selfish interests.

Penpushing also reports that Oyesanya, who is the Vice Chairman, Ijebu East Local Government on behalf of the group formerly known as Work for All APC Candidate”, appreciated the Governor for bringing back  Talabi to continue from where he stopped.
