Penpushing member promoted to Lieutenant-Colonel in Nigerian Army

A prominent member of Penpushing platform, Major Olaniyi Osoba, a spokesman  of the Nigerian Army 81 Division,has added a new feather to his cap, having been promoted to the rank of a Lieutenant-Colonel.

Penpushing reports that, Osoba was decorated with his new rank on Monday, and he is known to have attended several courses, including Young Officers Course Infantry, Advance Public Relations Course, Joint Information Operations Course in United Kingdom, Strategy Development and Critical Thinking Course, Open Source Intelligence Course,Staff Course

The Acting Deputy Director, 81 Division Army Public Relations was commissioned as a member of Short Service Course 34 and posted to the Directorate of Army Public Relations,and in the course of his career has held several appointments, including Officer Commanding FOB Gambaru Ngala in Operation LAFIYA DOLE, Officer Commanding Bagadaza and Krenoa in Operation LAFIYA DOLE, Pioneer Public Relations Officer of Army War College Nigeria, Assistant Director Army Public Relations 9 Brigade.
