Penpushing member, Gboyega Isiaka loses mother at 80
A prominent member of Penpushing platform, Prince Gboyega Isiaka has lost his mother, Alhaja Adijat Agbeke Isiaka who breathed her last at on Monday at the First Cardiologist Consultant Hospital, Ikoyi, Lagos State, after a brief illness at the age of 80
Penpushing reports that, Isiaka, a former Governorship candidate in Ogun State made this known in a statement issued by the family, adding that, the deceased is survived by children, grandchildren and great grand children.
‘The Isiaka family of Imeko Ogun state hereby announce the departure of our Matriarch, Alhaja Adijat Kuburat Agbeke Isiaka, who passed on earlier today at the age of 80. The Iya Adini of Imekoland returned to her maker on Monday, August 23, 2021 at the First Cardiologist Consultant Hospital, Ikoyi, Lagos, after a brief illness’, the statement said.
Penpushing further reports that, the Head of the Isiaka family, Alhaji Lawal Isiaka in the statement, said the late Iya Adini of Imekoland, throughout her lifetime embodied kindness, resilience and devotion to Almighty Allah
‘Throughout her lifetime, she embodied kindness, resilience and devotion to Almighty Allah.
She is survived by children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. She will be buried according to Islamic rites by 10am, Tuesday 24th August, 2021 at Imeko, Ogun State’, the statement added.
Penpushing also reports that, Senator Solomon Adeola, in a condolence message on the demise of the matriarch of the Isiaka family, stated that he received the news of the death of the pious octogenarian with sadness and regrets, stressing that her demise was a great loss to the people of Imeko and Yewaland.
‘Senator Solomon Adeola the chairman Senate Committee on Finance has commiserated with Prince Gboyega Nasiru Isiaka and the entire family of Isiakas on the demise of their mother, Alhaja Adijat Agbeke Isiaka, the Iya Adinni of Imekoland at the age of 80’, he wrote.
Penpushing reports that, the chairman Senate Committee on Finance noted that the pious woman will be remembered for her kindness to all and devotion to the service of Almighty Allah and humanity, and prayed for the peaceful repose of her gentle soul and the fortitude for the bereaved family to bear the grief of the irreparable loss.
