Patent Medicine Dealers to launch Ogun State Chapter of Association
The Association of Patent and Proprietary Medicine Dealers(ASSOPPMED),registered with Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC) is set to launch the Ogun State Chapter, a membership which cut across all the twenty local government areas of the state and aimed to foster relationship with the government.
Penpushing reports that, a statement issued and jointly signed by Mrs Oluwatoyin Oyedele(President) and Mrs Kafilat Abdul-Jelili (Secretary) said the launch will take place on September 21, 2021 by 12pm, at the Cooperative Hall , Asero, Abeokuta, the state capital
The statement said the association is a united front of various dynamic professionals duly licenced patent and proprietary medicine dealers, both male and female throughout the state, regardless of race, creed or nationality, adding that membership cut across all local government areas.
‘The aims and objectives of the association is to foster cordial relationship between the association and the state government, especially the Ministry of Health and all her agencies. And completely organize all patent and proprietary medicine dealers in the state into a strong business association among many others’
Penpushing further reports that, the statement added that, the body will equally make use opportunity of the launch to honour and inaugurated a Special Adviser of the association, whose appointment was attributed to records of philanthropic gestures and commitment to human, economic and social-political development of the country
