Paramount ruler leads dignitaries to Kayode Odunaro’s book launch
The Olu of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, Oba Kehinde Olugbenle will lead other notable personalities to the public presentation of the autobiography of Chief Kayode Odunaro as he also marks his 60th birthday ceremony.
Penpushing reports that, the event is scheduled to hold on January 19, 2022, at the Marquee events centre of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, Abeokuta, with Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State and Senator Solomon Adeola as special guest of honour and special guest respectively.
The renowned columnist, lawyer and author, Dr, Festus Adedayo is the reviewer of the book titled “Colours of Perception” which details the life of Odunaro, the Baaroyin of Imala-Yewa, Ogun State with emphasis on his professional career of journalism and public service as Chief Press Secretary
Penpushing further reports that, Minister of Youth and Sports Development Chief Sunday Akin Dare, is equally expected to grace the book launch which also narrates the author’s activities in community development as the Chairman of Oronna Ilaro Festival Central Planning Committee for 4 years.
The author was Chief Press Secretary to successive Military Administrations of Group Captain Sam Ewang, (Rtd) Navy Commodore Kayode Olofinmoyin, (Rtd), the civilian administration of Chief Olusegun Osoba in Ogun State and as Special Adviser to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Dimeji Bankole at the National Assembly.
