Oyo state workers assures governor makinde of commitment

The new leadership of the Nigerian Labour Congress, (NLC), Oyo State council, has pledged its commitment towards moving the state forward, saying that workers are ready to cooperate and support the government to take the state to higher level.
Penpushing reports that, the chairman Comrade Kayode Matins made this known on Thursday in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital during the official handing over to the new executive of the union in the state.
The chairman, said that the new executive shall not let workers of the state down, adding that Oyo state workers will tried their best to move the state forward through their commitment while discharging their duties
Penpushing further reports that, Matins who is also the chairman of Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN), Oyo State chapter said “my vision is to enhanced the peaceful atmosphere I met on ground, we are having a better situation on ground now and am ready to leverage on it, so as to make sure that the interest of worker in the state is protected.
The congress boss thanked the Governor Seyi Makinde for promoting his(Matins) predecessor, Comrade Bayo Titilola-Sodo to the post of Permanent Secretary, assuring the Governor of more cordial relationship and support between the workers and the government.
