BREAKING: ONNOGHEN ARRIVES CODE OF CONDUCT TRIBUNAL

It is recalled that, the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria was brought before the tribunal on January 14 on a six-count charge for his alleged failure to declare some bank accounts in his asset declaration form, but he had contested the powers of the tribunal to hear the case of alleged asset falsification against him.

Penpushing further reports, that Onnoghen declined to honour the tribunal invitation,  and on Wednesday the  Code of Conduct Tribunal(CCT) ordered  his arrest following repeated absent from hearings.
