Oyo State All Progressives Congress mourns Abba Kyari

The Oyo State chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has commiserated with President Muhammadu Buhari over the demised of his Chief of Staff Aba Kyari who died of coronavirus early Saturday.
Pepushing reports that this was contained in a statement signed by the Publicity Secretary of the party in Oyo State, AbdulAzeez Olatunde, which was made available to journalists in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
“The death of The Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari came to everyone as a rude shock, even though we are quite aware of the fact that death is the inevitable end of everybody”,the statement reads
“On behalf of the leader of APC in Oyo State and Deputy National Chairman(South) H.E, Sen Abiola Ajimobi, the State Chairman of APC, Chief Akin Oke, the State Executive and all the members of APC in Oyo State, we commiserate with President Buhari over the loss of this Borno born lawyer, Banker and an astute administrator.”
Penpushing further reports that the statement stated that the death of Mallam Abba Kyari was a further reminder to everyone that the coronaviruds pandemic is no respecter of status of anybody, urging Nigerians to maintain social distancing, stay at home and keep all the rules of hygiene to stay safe.
‘ APC however prayed for God forgiveness in his shortcomings and put a halt on the spread and death of COVID-19 Pandemic in Nigeria’,the statement added.
