OYO ELECTION: ALL PROGRESSIVES GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE ADELABU CHALLENGE MAKINDE’S VICTORY AT TRIBUNAL

It is recalled that, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared Makinde winner of the Governorship election after polling 515,621 votes to defeat Adelabu who had 357,982 votes.

Penpushing further reports that, in a related development, a total number of 32 election petitions had been filed before the Oyo State Election Tribunal for both the Governorship election, National Assembly and State House of Assembly elections.

The petitions include; one for Governorship, four for National Assembly, twelve for House of Representatives, and fifteen for State House of Assembly.
