The statement reads further that in view of the foregoing, the party under the leadership of Abiola Ajimobi, the State Chairman, Chief Akin Oke, the States Executive and the entire All Progressives Congress (APC) members congratulates Buhari, his Vice, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomole and the National Executives for the Tribunal Validation of February 23rd Presidential Election victory.
Meanwhile, it is recalled that the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Abuja on Wednesday delivered its judgment, dismissing the petition filed by Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Candidate, Atiku Abubakar, which alleged that the February 23 Presidential election was rigged in favour of President Muhammadu Buhari.
