OYINLOLA, OLAKOJO, ARAPAJA OTHERS DRUMS SUPPORT FOR OYO AFRICAN DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE
“I congratulate Oyo State ADC members for them to settled for the choice of Senator Olufemi Lanlehin as their Gubernatorial candidate.I want people to use the recent ratings of political parties across Nigeria that place us at the second on the list to go out enmass to vote for our party candidates both the Gubernatorial, Senatorial and all the honourables so that we can occupy the government house come 201P’.
Penpushing also reports that, another chieftain of the party, and former Secretary to Oyo State Government, Chief Samuel Olakojo used the occasion to sensitized all party members on need to work in the spirit of togetherness so that they can achieve their goals at the 2019 polls.
“I urge you to please go out, work together and make sure that all our candidates win at this forthcoming elections, we know how this party was formed, and our aim is to take power from this current government, so that by June after election we would have been at the helms of affairs’,Olakojo stated.
Penpushing further reports that, former Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja in his remark boasted that African Democratic Congress(ADC) will win at the forthcoming elections in the state,
“I thank God that we are now at peace with each other, I am using this event to tell my people that they should work and cast votes enmass for our candidates, we need to take over government from the current administration that had impoverished the people of this state”.
“I am using this opportunity to tell all my followers, that I have decided to work and support our brother Senator Olufemi Lanlehin to become the Governor of this State after this forthcoming elections’. Arapaja said.
Penpushing reports that, earlier in his remark, the Governorship Candidate of the party, Senator Olufemi Lanlehin noted that his campaign name has changed from SOLAN campaign organisations to Hand Sake campaign organisation.
Meanwhile other notable party leaders at the event include; Lowo Obisesan, Hon. Ademola Ige, Sen. Monsurat Summonu, Alhaji Saheed Alaran, Hon. Fatai Adesina, Dr. Yinus Akintunde, and Hon. Dapo Lam-Adesina, among others.
