Owu Chief rolls out drum to celebrate wife at 50
A High Chief of Owu Kingdom in Egbaland, Akinlagun Oluseyi Adediran has rolled out drums to celebrate and appreciate his wife, Deaconess Oluwafolakemi Adediran who attained the golden age on January, 28, 2024.
Penpushing reports that the colourful ceremony was held at Amazing Grace Event Centre, Kuforiji Olubi Agbeloba area of Abeokuta, Ogun State Capital, with dignitaries which include Olowu of Owu, Oba Saka Matemilola in attendance
The celebrator was full of excitement at the event, as she was surrounded by her family, which include her children and husband, as well as other well-wishers in appreciating God to have attained the golden age with peace and good health.
Penpushing further reports that the 50-year-old woman is the Executive Director INDAR International, and active Distributor with PZ Cussons PLC in Ogun State, and well respected in her community being a proactive personality
The husband while speaking at the ceremony said his spouse deserved being celebrated because of her conduct as a responsible wife and mother who is committed to the positive development of the immediate and extended family.
Penpushing also reports that Akinlagun of Owu Kingdom expressed optimism that the celebrator is destined to be great and equally encouraged her to strive further in her endeavours, because of what God has for her
‘My wife deserved great celebration like this because of where we are coming from and to prepare her to do more for what the future is demanding for. She should be ready to do more’, the smiling husband emphasised.
Penpushing reports that son of the celebrator, Inioluwa Adediran who could not hide her love for his mother, in his remarks stated that his mother is everything to him and his siblings, stressing that they all cherish her.
‘My mother is everything to me and my brothers, we cherish her and looking forward for her to see her children, children and children her 3rd generation. I pray that God will spare her life to celebrate more birthday on earth’, he said
Penpushing further reports that some other notable guests at the events include Osi of Owu Kingdom, Chief Niyi Adegbenro, Chief Alani Opaleye, Chief Ogo-Oluwa Bankole, Col Babajide Akinyemi and Oba Adeniyi Emulu Olu of Itesi.
