OSUN GVERNORSHIP POLL: COURT NULLIFIES ADELEKE’S CANDIDACY

The Judge, Othman Musa, said Adeleke had no way of showing that he graduated from the Muslim High School, Ede, Osun State, since information about him were not contained in the school’s list of documents after 1980.

Penpushing further reports that, the court declared that the West African Examination Council(WAEC) results presented by  Adeleke appeared different from those brought by the school, also noted that Adeleke’s name only featured among the list of students who took part in the English Language examination for that year.

Meanwhile, in reaction to the judgment, the Governorship flagbearer of Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), and a serving Senator, representing Osun State, Ademola Adeleke said he was going to challenge the judgment in court
