Osoba returns to Nigeria after successful knee surgery in London
The former Ogun State Governor Chief Olusegun Osoba on Wednesday returned to Nigeria after a successful knee operation in hospital in United Kingdom where he spent over two months for thorough medications.
Penpushing reports that the veteran journalist arrived Nigerian soil, looking fit and medically sound, having being so certified by the team of Doctors who attended to him while recuperating in his private residence after a successfuloperation there.
The Akinrogun of Egbaland, who was beaming with smiles on arrival, thereafter spoke with Penpushing media, expressing appreciation to God for healing him coupled with perfection of the surgery team that attended to him, as well as prayers from his loved ones and associates, as well as support by his family.
Penpushing recalls that the Penpushing Media editorial board had sometime engaged Osoba on a telephone conference while recuperating in London, and affirmed that the veteran journalist was in stable health condition, assuring he would soon return to Nigeria.
The Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun in the same vein had earlier visited Osoba in London in company of Speaker Ogun House of Assembly,Rt Hon Kunle Oluomo and two other lawymakers,and in a related development, eleven Nigerian Senators, also last week checked on the chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC) to see how he’s fairing and wish him well
