Ogun state government disowns advertisement on sales of entrance forms into school of nursing
The Ogun State Government has faulted claim and advertisement making rounds on the social media about entrance forms into its School of Nursing and Midwifery, adding that those behind the fake advertisement are dubious set of people.
Penpushing reports that Press Officer of the Ministry of Health Femi Onasanya debunked the information in a statement, explaining that genuine advertisement for the entrance forms would be made public when it is time to commence the sales.
‘The Ogun state government called on members of the Public to ignore the advert making rounds on the social media about entrance forms into its School of Nursing and Midwifery, describing the people behind it as fraudulent elements’, Onasanya said.
Penpushing further reports that the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Dr. Adesanya Ayinde, urged parents and members of the public to avoid patronising fraudsters who parade themselves as agents of the Ogun State Ministry of Health saddled with the sale of Nursing School forms.
The Permanent Secretary said that the government will not be responsible for any transaction done outside the knowledge of official operations, warning that any parents, guardians or would-be students who fall victim of such transaction would have the music to face alone.
