OGUN SECRETARY TO STATE GOVERNMENT INVOLVES IN AUTO CRASH, AS ANOTHER ASSOCIATE OF GOVERNOR AMOSUN DIES

The cause of the crash was yet unclear as at the time of filing this report, but an eyewitness said, the Governor’s close associate  died before the victims could reach hospital, while the Secretary to the State Government , was receiving treatment at Federal Medical Centre,Idi-Aba, Abeokuta.

Penpushing further reports that, the Information Officer to the Secretary to the State Government, Kunle Shokunbi could not be reach on phone, while in same vein the phone of the Secretary to the State Government was also switched off, as at the time efforts were made to reach him.

When contacted, the Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Commission(FRSC), Ogun State Command, Clement Oladele confirmed the accident, adding that, the Secretary to the State Government was responding to treatment, ’I actually spoke with him and he is recuperating well’.

Penpushing also reports  that, the Sector Commander, however, said he could not confirm the death of the top government functionaries said to be with the Secretary to the State Government when the accident occurred, explaining that he would furnish further details later
