OGUN POLICE RECOVERS BULK OF AMMUNITIONS IN FOUR MONTHS
‘So far so good, between April and now the Command has been able to recover various arms and ammunition as a result of our war against crime and criminality and in furtherance to our compliance with IGP directives on arms and ammunition mop-up across the country
Penpushing reports that, the commissioner while showing the recovered arms and ammunitions to journalists at the police headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta, said they include; five A-K47 rifles, 19 Pump Action, 26 locally made guns, 246 ammunitions and 216 cartridges
‘The command wish to thank the people and government of Ogun State for their support and we enjoin them to continue having trust and confidence in us. It is our resolve to do everything possible within the ambit of the law to rid the State of crime and criminals’, the police boss stated
