OGUN POLICE PARADES 34 SUSPECTS, INCLUDING WOMAN HERBALIST OVER CRIMINAL OFFENCES
The police boss said some of the recovered exhibits from the suspects; include Pump Action Guns, locally made pistol, live cartridges, cutlasses, double barrel guns, knives and assorted charms among others.
Ilyasu admitted that, the arrest of the suspects was made possible with the support of the residents, who gave information, and also appealed to the informants not to relent in the adequate support being given to the police for fight crimes.
‘The success we achieved today wouldn’t have been possible without the support of the good people of Ogun State, who are given us timely and good information. I hereby appeal to them not to relent on their efforts in order to make the state a good and peaceful to live’, he said.
The Commissioner added further that, on the part of the police, ’we are ready more than ever before to deal decisively with anybody who choose to take crime as business and we have rolled out every arsenal available for us to wage war against all would be criminals in state’
