OGUN POLICE CELEBRATES HARVEST OF ARREST, PARADES 92 SUSPECTS FOR VARIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENCES

The Commissioner said stolen items which were recovered from the suspects include; cars of various types, motorcycles, generators and television among others, adding that, the suspects were arrested at various locations within the State and environs

Hear him ‘Our war against crime and criminalities in the state has produced these results, we are showcasing today. In our bid to to suppress and curtail the act of kidnapping, robbery, cultism and other criminal elements, tactical and covert deployment of operatives have been deployed across the length and breadth of Ogun State’.

The police boss emphasized that on assumption of office, he made it clear that the state will not be conducive for criminals as well as their sponsors, boasting that the command was always ready to take the battle to their doorsteps

His words, ‘The criminals have only two options, its either they turn up a new leave or relocate from this state. Failure to choose any of the two options will lead them to meet their waterloo. To those cultists who may want to renounce their membership of various cult group, they have a period of one month to do that, and they will be given amnesty’.

Penpushing further reports that, Makama  declared that, after one month, there is going to be total clamp down on all known cultists who are using their membership of such group to perpetrate heinous crime ‘because the command will not fold its arms while some unscrupulous elements will be making life unbearable for law abiding citizens of the state.
