OGUN GOVERNORSHIP PETITION: ABIODUN, AKINLADE TO KNOW FATE ON SATURDAY

The All Progressives Congress (APC), had polled 241,670 votes to emerge winner as against Akinlade of Allied People Movement (APM) who scored 222,153 votes, as declared as final results by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Penpushing further reports that, in the same vein Gboyega Isiaka of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) polled 110,422 votes while the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Candidate, Buruji Kashamu got 70,290 votes.

The panel led by Justice Yusuf Halilu, had promised to notify all the parties when the judgement would be ready, while source also informed that  the Tribunal Secretary, Nyior Henry Sekulla on Tuesday confirmed that the three man panel had fixed the ruling for Saturday.

Penpushing also reports that, Sekulla added that all parties in the petition have been formally notified of the date for the judgement.
