OGUN GOVERNOR’S WIFE WANTS CHILDREN INVOLVEMENT IN GREEN ENVIRONMENT

Earlier in her welcome remarks, the General Manager, NTA, Abeokuta, Mrs Funmi Wakama explained that the Children’s Day was marked annually with the May Zodiac party to celebrate children and give them a sense of belonging, appreciating the wife of the governor for gracing the occasion thus adding glamour to the party.

Wakama said that NTA would continue to work in the interest of children and protect their rights, through its various children programme urging them to always take advantage of the Zodiac party to celebrate their birthday and have fun.

Highlights of the event include match pass, dancing competition, games and cutting of cake donated by the Wife of the Governor. The Penpushing, a partner media with Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), also gave cash award to the overall best school at the event
