OBASANJO SEEKS QUALITATIVE EDUCATION FOR NIGERIAN CHILDREN, AS GLORIOUS KINGS ACADEMY TURNS OUT FRESH GRADUATES
The wife of former who is the Matron of the School also urged parents to instill good morals in their children and wards so as to have a saner society, and equally encourages the children on need to show commitment and dedication to their academics, and exhibit attitude of good moral upbringing.
Penpushing further reports that, the Headmistress of the School, Olufunke Siluade, earlier in her welcome address, said one of the cardinal objectives of the school is to establish a citadel of learning that will produce and graduate pupils for junior Secondary Education.
‘We thank God Almighty God for the successful completion of another school calendar in a glorious style. Today, no doubt is exceptional in the life of the Kings and Queens, we have successfully nurtured and prepared for the higher challenges in continuation of their academic career in life’, she said
The Headmistress added, ’I pray may Almighty God grant you the wherewithal to succeed as you climb the ladder of success’ adding that, ‘to the graduating scholars changing status within the glorious circle of learning, I pray God ease your affairs, see you through the process and exit in flying colours as well’
Penpushing also reports that programme of events include various presentations by the pupils which include; Bible reading, drama, graduation dance, farewell song, presentation of gifts and book launch among others.
The Chief launcher and Founder of Penpushing Media, Prince Dimeji Kayode-Adedeji, in his speech announced that the establishment will foot the bills of the best Graduands in the next academic session.
Penpushing reports that, the veteran journalist and former South-West Secretary of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), called on the students to see their education and moral conduct as opportunities for better future, hence, the need to take serious on these.
