MY PARADE OF GOVERNORSHIP ASPIRANTS IN CHURCH HAS NO POLITICAL UNDERTONE, SAYS DANIEL

‘The Thanksgiving today at the Tabernacle is the 13th in the series and every year open invitations are sent to friends and associates to join in thanksgiving. Most of the invitations were sent via texts and whatsapp loops as usual’, he said.

He further explained that just like previous years editions, aspirants were called and recognized, while the clergy prayed for them, stressing that, the development has no political colouration or undertone

‘Deserving guests are usually recognized and just like previous years Aspirants are called and recognized and the Clergy prayed for them and that was all. There was no political statement in the course of my appreciations, the former governor emphasized’.

Speaking further, he also debunked insinuations that,  he still have issues to address after leaving office, and challenged those who still such issue to come with specifics, with declaration that he was not shy to defend himself or offer clarifications

‘I hold myself accountable for ever for ALL the actions I took as Governor of the state while it lasted. Although, there was serious negative propaganda during my tenure and I have never been shy to defend myself or offer clarifications especially for many people who were otherwise hoodwinked by propaganda’, Daniel stated.

‘I have written the first part of my memoirs released nearly 7 years ago and I am yet to see one rejoinder contradicting what I wrote. I have challenged those who still have issues to come with specifics, and the challenge is still open and hereby renewed. And I promise to respond appropriately;, he posited.

He equally thanked all those who honoured his invitation invitation and made the outing a runaway success.
