Lockdown: African Foundation for Environment offers palliative to Ogun State residents

The African Foundation for Environment and Development (AFED) has contributed its quota to palliatives measure for the residents of Ogun State, with supplied of food items to the elderly. widows and pregnant women among others.

Penpushing reports that, the Non-Governmental Organisation(NGO) extended the gestures to number of homes in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area of the State, with support of the unit of the Federal Road Safety Corps RS2.22, Ota Unit Command Special Marshalls

The Executive Director of African Foundation for Environment and Development (AFED) Adeshola Afariogun explained that the gesture was aimed to support the government in bringing food to the tables of the residents as the lockdown lasted.

Penpushing also reports that, the organization expressed appreciation to Prince Aina Kazeem and Mrs. Ishola,and other individuals, as well as the all Special Marshalls in the  unit of Federal Road Safety Corps RS2.22, Ota Unit Command for the supports and assistance which made this activity possible, and also  enjoined  residents  to obey all laid down regulations.
