MAN CANCELS DAUGHTER’S WEDDING FEW MINUTES TO CEREMONY

However, to the dismay of family members and guests,the proposed father-in-law Adugbe, a native of Edo State walked in to announced  the cancellation of the wedding and directed her daughter to return all the things brought by the groom’s family to them immediately without giving any reason.

Penpushing reports that, this development occurred while preparations which include cookings were in top gear, and it saw members of the groom’s family, who had arrived from Lagos in the early hours of Saturday, leaving the venue in shock.

As at the time of filing this reports, the groom’s family and other guests could not understand why the family of the bride would cancel their daughter’s wedding without any prior notice,but were just told that the wedding could no longer hold and that all preparations should be suspended.

Penpushing further reports that, the father declared that no marriage ceremony would hold in his house and that he would not be a party to the union. However, family source said, the  bribe and the groom  have been dating for about five years and their relationship has produced a four-year child.
