Lekan Alabi mourns with indigenes of owu kingdom
The Eekefa Olubadan, Oloye Lekan Alabi, has paid a condolence visit to Owu community of Egbaland, over the passed on of the traditional ruler of the kingdom, Oba Olusanya Adegboyega Dosunmu (Amororo II).
Penpushing reports that, Alabi who is the first Culture Ambassador of the National Museum and Monuments, Ile Ife was accompanied to the palace in Abeokuta, by founder of Sixth Sense Publications, Abiodun Lasile on the sympathy visit on Friday
The Ibadan High Chief while commiserating with the royal family and Owus of Egbaland on the passage of the monarch who joined his ancestors in December 14, 2021 after a brief illness described late Olowu as a well respected professional and senior in the television industry, worked at Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation and Western Nigerian Television, Ibadan, Oyo State.
.Penpushing further reports that, Alabi who prayed for the repose of the soul of the traditional ruler, was received by Chief Ishola Akinsipo, Akogun Owu, Head of Iwarefa on behalf of the Owu kingdom with the Palace Secretary Princess Mrs Adekemi Amoye (Erelu Amororo)
