KIDNAPPED WIFE, SON OF JOURNALIST FREED AFTER PAYMENT OF N2MILLION RANSOM TO ABDUCTORS

Penpushing recalled that, the victims were kidnapped when the abductors stormed the family residence of the journalist in Kaduna, but he was said not to be around during the attack.  Ironically,a neighbor of the victim, who worked with Federal Road Safety Commission(FRSSC), was shot dead by the kidnappers, while attempting to rescue the family.

Meanwhile, the kidnappers earlier demanded N12 million ransom before it was reduced to N2 million.
