I WILL DELIVER OYO STATE OUT OF AJIMOBI’S BONDAGE, SAYS LANLEHIN
Hear him, ‘we will not allow anybody to continue the bad legacy of Ajimobi, the legacy of suffering, deprivation, and selfishness will not be accepted by the people of Oyo State again.
He explained further that a good leader must not ignore his people with their suffering and poverty, noting that he and his team are ready to restructure Oyo State for the betterment of the people.
“The issue of unemployment in Oyo State will be addressed, we shall take education as our priority, we shall give priority to technical schools and trade schools to train and create employment for our youths and graduates, our agricultural system will be revive and there will be a great improvement on our infrastructure’.
While reacting to question of what transpired between him and the former Governor of the state, Chief Rashidi Ladoja, Lanlehin said that Ladoja remain his political leader and his political father, stressing that he didn’t have any personal thing against him.
The Chairman of African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Oyo South Senatorial District, Adedoja Abiodun in his speech, urged all the party elders to do away with rift, pointing out Olufemi Lanlehin that the party can achieve its aim by winning 2019 election in the State if the house is in order.
His words,” As we all know, Oyo South Senatorial District is the decider of any election in Oyo State because it has the highest number of voters, and whatever happens in Oyo South automatically happens to Oyo State’.
“Winning election is not a day job, it is a collective efforts of every one of us, it is our collective responsibility to deliver, and keep Oyo State active and alive again’, he added, and urged all the party faithful to come together and reason the way forward
“Our spirit is high and our morale is on the increase, we must keep that up and not relent, I want to implore us all that every issue that will take us forward is what we need to emphasise upon, we must not look back and I believe it is possible’.
