I WILL COMPLETE AMOSUN’S UNCOMPLETED PROJECTS-DAPO ABIODUN
‘I will complete all uncompleted projects left behind by the immediate past administration. I understand that, it is always believe in many quarters that, projects left behind by outgone administration are not attended to by new government, we shall not tow such line, because it is tax payers money and must not be wasted, so we shall complete all the uncompleted projects’, he assured.
The Governor, said his administration will also open up rural roads, to link up with the city, stressing that findings showed that, bad road network, has disconnected rural dwellers from the government, hence, the need to address the problem without further delay.
Penpushing further reports that, Abiodun said his government is going to revive Ogun State Road Management Agency(OGROMA), to continue road repairs without further delay, knowing the competence of the agency in road repair, stressing that in due course the officials will resume work.
The Governor added that, his administration had discovered dwindling in the education sector, and resolved to revive it, with construction of befitting and conducive primary schools in all the wards, as well as provision of standard health facilities in the rural areas for the benefits of the residents.
Penpushing also reports that, Abiodun said, he appreciated all those who voted him as Governor, and those who worked against it, noting that, he was of the conviction that God used all of them for a purpose, which was to be in his favour, and therefore holds no grudge with anybody
The Preacher, Bishop Emmanuel Adekunle in his sermon advised the Governor to be wary of professional politicians who has no any other job, pointing out that, majority of them enjoy sitting in corridor of power to mislead the leaders.
The cleric added that, such group of the people have no genuine contributions toward the success of any administration; rather, they are concern for their selfish interest and to enrich their pockets at the expense of the governed.
Penpushing reports that, notable dignitaries at the event include former President Olusegun Obasanjo, former Governors Gbenga Daniel, Donald Duke, Segun Adesegun (former Ogun State Deputy Governor), Suraj Adekunbi(Speaker Ogun State House of Assembly), and Iyalode of Yorubaland, Chief(Mrs)Alaba Lawson.
The dignitaries also include; Deaconess Iyabo Apampa, Chief Dayo Abatan, Senator Gbenga Obadara, Hon Kunle Adeyemi, Ogbeni Lanre Banjo, Bashir Makama(Ogun Commissioner of Police), Soji Ganzallo(Commander, So Safe Corp, Ogun State),Clement Oladele(Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps) and number of traditional rulers, among others.
