I AM GUILTY OF RAPE CHARGE, ACCUSED TELLS COURT

The Prosecutor further told the court that, Shehu lured the child to a store at Tashan Dukku in Gombe, adding that, that offence contravened Section 284 of the Penal Code, which the acussed admitted of guilt.

Penpushing further reports that, the prosecutor told the court that investigation into the case was ongoing, and sought adjournment to enable the police to complete the investigation.

The Magistrate, Japhet Maida in his ruling adjourned the case until November 12 for review of the facts of the case and sentencing.
