FOUR EXPATRIATES KIDNAPPED IN KWARA

The nationality of the foreigners could not be ascertained as the time of this reports, but different sources said, they were ‘Turkish nationals’ and Palestinians, just as the State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq called for calm.

Penpushing also reports that, the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye said in a statement that, the Governor was working closely with the security agencies to ensure prompt rescue of the expatriates

‘The Governor is working closely with the security agencies to ensure prompt rescue of the expatriates. The Governor urges the people to go about their normal and lawful businesses and not to entertain any fear, as doing so may embolden the criminals behind the development,” Ajakaiye said

Penpushing reports that, the Kwara State Police Command Public Relations Officer, Ajayi Okasanmi confirmed the incident on Sunday that efforts had begun to rescue the abductees and it was already yielding positive results.

Meanwhile, the police spokesman gave identities of the suspected gang members as include;  Seyit Keklik (25), Yasin Colak (33), Ergun Yurdakul (35), and Senerapal (40).
